ScrapeRouter operates a unified web scraping API that routes requests to third-party scraping providers and proxy services ("Scraping Providers"). These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of Delaware.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ScrapeRouter. Assignment by you requires written consent; we may assign freely. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. Invalid provisions shall be severed; remaining provisions remain in effect.
